Q: Can I buy Robot Edutainment products in stores?
A: No. Our products are sold only through our Web site. Customers needing assistance with determining which products to purchase can contact our Robot Edutainment Consultant to develop a complete educational solution with product and professional development options.

Q: Why was I charged sales tax?
A: Some states require us to charge sales tax. Orders shipping to California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, and Texas will have sales tax added to the order. If you live in one of these states and are ordering on behalf of a tax-exempt organization, we will remove these taxes before billing you if you have an existing tax-exempt account with us and are paying with a purchase order or a credit card belonging to your tax-exempt organization. Proof of your organization's tax-exempt status must be on file. If you have not ordered from us before, please fax or mail to us proof of your tax-exempt status.

Q: How long will it take to get my order using ground shipping?
A:Robot Edutainment is centrally located in Los Angeles, California, making ground delivery as fast as expedited shipping for parts of the country. Processing an order can take up to 48 hours – though most are processed the same day they are received.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: When your order is shipped, we will e-mail you a notice of shipment with your tracking number. This notice will be sent to the e-mail address provided on your order (Consider adding the domain RobotEdutainment.com to your safe senders list to ensure that the message will not be blocked). If you did not receive a notification, please contact us.

Q: I am in a country other than the United States. Why can't I place an order on your site?
A: Robot Edutainment only serves customers in the United States. Other countries are served through a network of ROBOTIS,Inc. distributors. Robot Edutainment® is the retailer for ROBOTIS,Inc. products within the United States. Generally, our products are not to be shipped or resold outside the U.S. However, we can ship to locations outside the United States under special circumstances. To find out if we can ship to your location, Contact us for a list of distributors serving your country.

Q: How do I get a discount?
A: We sell our products primarily to educational institutions and educators. Our pricing is set with this in mind. Occasionally, we will offer discounted prices on particular programs.

Q:Is there any other ordering methods?
A: In addition to ordering our products online, you may order by telephone or mail.

Q:Warranty Policy?
A:Robot Edutainment, Inc. warrants our products to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers normal use within the limits specified as stated in the applicable data sheets. This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, incorrect wiring, alterations, connector damage, or robot competition damage.

Q:Repairs and Replacements?
A:Repairs and/or replacements are made if we determine an item is defective. Please contact us if you want a repairs or replacement. For all repairs, the customer pays freight to and from our facility. For all warranty claims, the customer pays freight to our facility and Robot Edutainment pays for ground freight back to the customer. Express shipping options are available.

Q:Returns & Shipping Errors?
A: There are no returns for robotic kits. Claims for shipping shortages, errors, or defective materials must be in writing and received by Robot Edutainment, Inc. within ten (10) days after receipt of shipment by buyer. Failure to make such claim within the stated period shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods and an admission that the goods fully comply with all the terms and conditions of the buyer's order.

Q:What is ROBOPLUS?
A: RoboPlus is a software to create a customized programme for every ROBOTIS product.
